Dear Mr. Courson:

I have to tell you when coming home from work I had knots in my stomach thinking about what I might see as I came down the street to my home. Upon my arrival I thought, "wow this is going to be one big mess." So, I left knowing that the guys did not nee me to be around supervising or getting in their way.

Drove by later and saw theme beginning the clean-up process. Came back around 8:00 p.m. to find everything completed and the mess totally cleaned up. Everyone at work warned me, "watch going home, there will be nails everywhere, you will loose a tire." I have walked my property and my son-in-law as well. We did not find one nail.

I am so impressed. Your crew was very professional and worked at a fast pace. In the sweltering heat and humidity. My hat is off to you and your guys.

Buying a home was stressful and I hope I never have to go through that process again. I anticipated the same type of anguish while dealing with roofers. I found that to "not be the case."

I am a single woman afraid that someone might take advantage of my limited knowledge of the process. However, you were patient, kind, and professional. And I would recommend your company to anyone.

Thank you so much. Now I get to paint and start all the hard work under the roof.

Earlier today, your representative Scott Constans came to our home to advise us on possibly replacing our existing roof. We pointed out that inside our house, there is moisture accumulating on the ceilings adjacent to the perimeter outside walls throughout the house. He was very conscientious, efficient and courteous. He climbed upon the roof and did a thorough inspection, and then crawled into the small crawlspace searching for the cause of this problem. He displayed genuine concern to solving the mystery and even phoned your shop for additional advise. The person suggested that we look at how high the humidifier was set. This seems to be the solution to our problem.

Scott did his job in a very professional manner and patiently answered many questions. We were very impressed with his sincere dedication to meeting our needs. You are fortunate to have an employee of the caliber of Scott. When he was ready to depart, I offered him a $40 gratuity but he refused to accept it.

You can be assured that we will contact Premier when we need roofing, siding, etc. Likewise, we will highly recommend your company to our friends who are homeowners.
